Kanye's last two solo albums. When you say overproduced, he's the only one who really comes to mind.

The point of the album is that it's actually "underproduced", Rick Rubin and these people stripped away all the "Kanye West special effects" and kept the beats minimal as fukk. The only song which might be overproduced is Bound 2 which doesn't really belong on the album.

My face literally went like when I saw that album listed. Even the song On Sight is just a synth chord looped: no bass, no drums, no snares, nothing

Now the fact that some songs were too intense is a completely different question, but try removing 1 sound and half the song is gone.

That shyt actually hurt my ears because of how grating those horns were.

Thankfully they knew this and fixed it with the remix.

This isn't overproduced in the slightest. There's literally only like 5-6 instruments on this track including the percussions/drums. And it switches between the same 2 or so patterns like every 8 bars or so. The bridge part was pushing on overproduced but it just didn't really fit moreso than being overproduced.

Half way through All Of The Lights when Alicia Keys, Fergie, Rihanna and Elton John start singing over eachother and what started out as a good song becomes a giant clusterfukk.

It's got its up and downs, but most of the time it's just an intense dirty drum and an alarm.
3 different vocals might be considered over produced idk not imo.
