I don't care what people prefer, I don't game to compare preferences, stan consoles or anything or that nature. If you like DC, good for you fam. Go play it. I don't care about other mens preferences on games. :dame:
Well you do seeing as how because some people seemed to compare them got you wanting to post about said comparisons and how delusional they are.

However nikkas were dead trying to put this game up against Forza on some on this very forum two years ago, and that shyt ain't flying.
It ain't flying because you prefer Forza.

Not in 1 billion years. Not then, nor now. Game isn't bad by any means, but it doesn't excel in any category against competition, and if Need For Speed is your barometer for "well it's better than this", that's a weak argument and you know it.
So because some people find it better than NFS then that means it's weak? Wait, I thought you didn't care? You don't care for comparisons so why does this statement bother you?

And I'm QUITE sure I gave this game an honest and open-minded chance and found myself wanting to boot up Forza instead after a couple hours. Which is exactly what I did. Like what you like bro, but let's not act like there weren't Driveclub vs. Forza threads on the Arcadium.
Ok, that's YOU. Why do you dudes stay acting like your opinion is somehow true for everyone?? You prefer Forza, wow. That's not exactly surprising. Some people prefer DC. I've seen online(Well again I'm sure you'll say these people are "stans") folk who put extensive time into both say they like both as much as each other. Some like DC for what it offers which isn't exactly the same as something else(Forza).

Driveclub vs Forza threads were OBVIOUSLY in jest breh, let's not act dumb and pretend it isn't. It was June, Meach spent the better time of his on here shytting on it and a thread titled "DRIVECLUB VS FORZA VS AMARA LA NEGRA" is obviously all in good fun. Either way, you making it seem like if someone were to come up with an argument as for why they think DC is a fine racer, you'd somehow try to point to metacritic reviews and brand to say "You're wrong, it can't be. Stop stanning." instead of realizing some people like different things. You dudes need to stop with this sheep mentality. I always admitted Forza is probably a better game but for what Forza is(A sim racer which I don't care for) and what DC is(A more simple racer with focus on just straight up driving), I found it better for ME. Forza Horizon 2 was so different that I found the comparisons stupid because it's hard to really compare them aside from graphics and sound which I found DC to be superior in.

Fable hasn't even been released yet for the X1.

Try again troll.

Lucky for you since the PS4 has no decent titles, you have save your pennies for the wearable Kinect Sony is about to release this October. It going to be a steal at $500. :laff:
Dumb posts for $500 Alex

Very, very sad news. Evolution Studios was one of the greatest racing game dev studios ever.

But I can wait to see more VR focused studios from Shu Yoshida, or 3rd party collaborations, 3rd party marketing deals, etc.
Can't wait to play more games in VR where you do nearly nothing at all, like PS VR Worlds, The Walk, Until Dawn Blood Rush, or Golem.

Man, the future of console gaming for PlayStation looks great.
Again, can't wait to come home, from a long day at work, to stand in front of my
big TV and wiggle around with my arms, hands and maybe even my whole body like:

giphy.gif

But hey, at least we will still get a Naughty Dog game every 3 years and a new Gran Turismo game every 24 years. Oh and, maybe a new God of War prequel soon? CAN'T WAIT! Yoshida is awesome!

PlayStation VR preordered (again)!

Invisible walls are a huge problem in a racer in 2016. Or any game for that matter.

Why do Yall excuse the shortcomings, then pretend someone is wrong for bringing them up.

The handling is trash. The A.I. Is trash there's little to no customization. The vehicle variety is trash. The only redeeming quality the game has is graphics

You look at the crew. The handling is bad, but you can literally drive coast to coast, and there's a large variety of different vehicle types and events.

Driveclub has none of that. There's nothing you can point to in Driveclub to say it excels at better than the other racers on offer.

Invisible walls aren't a problem if you stay on the road :heh: They make it pretty clear where you can and can't go.

The handling is not trash. Some cars are looser/better for drifting and some are tighter and handle better/easier.

The vehicle variety is trash? Really? There are SO MANY different cars to choose from its ridiculous.

Even other closed track games, don't line the tracks with invisible walls. You go off the track you should hit that, tree, rock, stop sign, or whatever else is lining the track.

Check Dirt Rally. It's closed track but the tracks aren't lined with invisible walls.

Invisibe walls are an archaic game mechanic that use to be require do to technical issues. There's no reason for any game in modern day to have invisible walls. In fact I can't think of any current gen game that uses invisible walls.

The handling is not trash. Some cars are looser/better for drifting and some are tighter and handle better/easier.
Overall the handling feels worse than most other racing games I've played. Only game that feels worse is The Crew.

And beyond that, the handling between the cars isn't that varied. You play Forza Horizon or Project Cars, and every single car feels unique, and then that changes depending on the weather and tire wear. DC is much less varied in that sense.

They all fit in the "supercar" or "sportscar" category. And even then it's missing cars.

Other games have trucks, hatchbacks, suvs, sedans, etc, etc.

Although the Bikes do seem like a good addition, too little too late.

You're full of shyt. Breh, this is s complete lie. EVERY car in DC feels different and weather is definitely a factor

You're full of shyt.
I'm not at all.

In Forza each stock vehicle feels very different from each other, then you can customize them further, and the weather and tire wear has a profound effect on the handling. I have dozens of cars and none of them feel the same.

In DC once you figure out the general "feel" of the game, you will be successful with all cars.

A Nissan should feel a world different than a lambo, but in DC they don't.

Rain just makes all the cars slightly more slippery. DC doesn't take in consideration tire wear, temperature, tire type, tourque, horse power, etc,

Which is all I've been saying...???? I really don't care if you like Driveclub more than Forza, that's perfectly fine like I said before. My argument here isn't about what YOU found better for YOU or what I like better for ME. IDC about that shyt bruh. nikkas put Driveclub up against Forza and that was a foolish thing to do as Driveclub had no real identity going up against an established franchise like Forza or Gran Turismo. Arms too short to box with God breh.

And don't insult me by thinking I refer to metacritic to present arguments for games I don't play.:stopitslime: I only speak on what I play with my own two hands, not others. :lolbron: I'm not a stan unlike most console owners on this board.
