1 from amazon... w/ch won't arrive till jan 2nd seeing as all you xbots now back riding the sony wave scooped up all the launch preorders in a matter of hours
1 from gamestop... who is charging a grip for 1 day shipping. a$$holes

prolly gonna preorder from walmart and best buy as well. gotta love the launch console flip.....

I noticed on all of the home screens, it always shows the users name. Does playstation use your name or does it use your actual gamer tag. Every scenario it shows the users home screen as "Michael Hill" and then it will show in mid game "you have a message from Patty Wayne"...

how does that work on Playstation... do you not use a gamer tag or is it all full name? That was a bit odd. So does the friends list say:
Bill Bixby
Luther Campbell
etc
etc

Best I could find on that is this:

The new ID system was also demonstrated, where each PS4 player will have two identities. There's obviously the requisite online handle, but also true names for friends pulled from Facebook and through true name search on PSN. By default, true names will not be displayed.

PlayStation 4 uses both real names and PSN handles, DualShock 4 charges in standby | Joystiq

Sounds like the real name thing only comes up if you link your PS4 to Facebook
