False Advertisement? Gearbox Software with Aliens. But they were never called out on that, oddly.

Did you guys even see the form. You don't have to offer any proof that you ever even owned a vita at all. It basically says "Do you promise you bought a vita before this date? Do you promise you haven't traded it in yet?"
