sony headphones break 100% of the time. i had 3 pairs of golds, 4 pairs of MDR's, and a pair of studio monitor joints somebody gave me.
each and every one of them shyts broke for no reason without fail

I've had mine 2 years & they still look new

PS3 Pulse Elite headset is still the best as long as you put some zip ties in between the part where the cups vibrate against the frame. That bass boost is so wavy

I have the Golds and the Pulse Elites, I favor the Pulse Elites because you can put 5 presets in the headphones. The Golds is only one preset. Will these Plats have presets? I can find a feature set that states so.

i've had 2 pairs of sony golds and a pair of pulses.
they all literally lasted about 4 months each before falling apart.
i took good care of them but the build quality is terrible.

i'll never buy another pair of sony headphones.
