If Im not mistaken the TOS states that they aren't responsible for unexpected outages. This was a DDoS attack with the server being up and down for five days and they gave us those five days back along with a 10% off voucher for even non plus members.
But I guess they could've gave us Knack for free instead

No i haven't dont that bro. this is a brand new ps4 too i got it November. and on my old ps4 i had the same issue couldnt edit my pic for some reason. and its still with this ps4. i checked on the ps4 forums and its a known problem they said to just do it on the app which is unexcusable. also yes the store isnt working for me it just says please wait. at playstation live it takes 2-3minutes to load and then it displays twitch streams only the ustream streams dont load. i never had problems with the store or pslive until that big 2.0 update.
