the thing that is really fukkin MS up now is "word of mouth" is spreading rampant bad. Not to mention the constant disparities between the multiplats. This isn't like the PS3/360 where devs had to learn how to code for the Cell Processor in the 3 with the PS3 catching up and passing the 360 in sales. Both the 4 and XB1 use the same shyt, only the 4 having the superior setup, GPU, great PR, and PRICE. There is nothing MS can do to catch up to the 4 hardware wise. No amount of SDK revisions is gonna do that.
