If hes not lying in the above tweet, hes most likely the victim of a cracking cards scam
He probably does have a brolic check in his account and they bout to swipe that shyt out of there then leave him to deal with the feds. And in those situations the banks will have you on the hook for every cent fraudulently swiped out of that account
