i don't have a top 10, all that shyt is subjective, i only have my favorites. i just think it's bs to knock somebody who has been rapping for over 2 decades just because he doesn't have a solo. like you really need more to tell the type of rapper he is?

3K trying to carry a solo album himself is a whole different beast then doing features fam or rapping as OutKast. It's that simple. There are members here on this site that have rapped before as a group or solo. @spliz is one & you could ask @Cole Cash who produces but I don't know if he's rapped before.

doing things by yourself is 10x easier, you dont have to rely or ask anyone for anything and you pretty much do whatever you want. Being in a group or crew is difficult unless you have 0 expectation of anything. i got asked once "whats easier, doing songs with rappers or doing solo instrumental projects?" solo, me by myself with no rappers. im not waiting on verses or paying for mixing.

What an original thought. People will continue to put Andre 3000 in Top 10 discussions (deservedly or not) regardless of what you or anyone else thinks. Surely, people who have Andre 3000 in their Top 10's have their own reasons for doing so. Of course the reasons you are stating are valid, but it still an opinion.
