Sad to see because I feel a lot of these entertainers that start off young end up broke. I know labels don't care, but they should set these guys up with financial advisors to manage their assets. These guys need to learn it's not worth it to be flashing designer and luxury items because that's a quick way to go broke.

It‘s easier to keep the lie alive(word to Martin) now than back in the day. I mean if artists were selling millions upon millions back then and were broke, how am I supposed to think these current artists who can’t even rely on album sales anymore aren’t broke as well? Soulja ain't had a hit in awhile. I wouldn’t be surprised if he is broke but is still out here frontin.” This has happened in hiphop since the beginning.

Yep...records don't even sell like that anymore and I can't see him getting big consistent show money.

So…. How do you know how much Soulja has?

I mean....let's look at the context clues here.

He hasn't been musically relevant in damn near 15 years. The last time I seen him in the news he was getting sued by Nintendo for bootlegging their games. That was 2018.

So how would he have any significant amount of money in 2023, 16 years after "Crank Dat"?

Fred.
