People make their finances look however they need to look for court.

He was like 17 when he signed, so it's in everybody's best interest to have that in place for him. There's a better chance when he grows up that he would make wiser purchasing decisions.

Also, it's in a label's best interest to protect their artist from making dumb decisions since their value can depreciate. I understand what you're saying it's not their responsibility, but if you sign these artists when they're young, then I feel labels should put stuff in place for them. Of course, the reality is that's most likely not available to them. I also feel the same way about sports where teams should have programs in place to protect players on their team.
