Southern coli brehs: does it bother you that we Yankees say Stuffing instead of Dressing?
I grew upstate breh. Regardless, it's stupid to use geographical area to give proportion to a sociological survey such as language differences.

Thses nikkas that claim we say stuffing in the south either White or Boujee as hell. I aint ever heard a Blacking person utter the word stuffing in my life. 
I see no MAC N CHEESEmy thanksgiving this year:
smoked turkey (fukk a fried turkey...im gonna inject it with olive oil and butter and rub it with some cajun seasoning wednesday night, wake up and put it on the smoker at like 7 and smoke it til dinner time around 4 on thursday)
STUFFING
mashed potatoes
collard greens
corn on the cob
biscuits and dinner rolls
sweet potato pie for dessert

I lived in the roc for 4 years and everybody said pop. Right on Garson and Goodman. My nikka stays off Bissell in the Buff on the East, his mom and whole family say pop. I hung out, nikkas bought POP at the store.

Sheeiiittt..... It has always been dressing around these parts..... a lot of white folks call it stuffing.. and they're entirely different approaches to the dish.....

How some of yall claim to be from the South but never heard it called dressing
I been in Georgia/South Carolina all my life and that's the only thing we call it, my grandma is 86 years old and she calls it dressing. Stuffing is cac shyt
Pretty much.. .I've been all over the south, and I've never heard us refer to stuffing as dressing... I didn't think most brothers and sisters actually stuffed their turkeys....... that must be some black elite baby boomer shyt from copying white folks......
