For those who actually read the article and didn't jump to hotep ideology-
It's seems to be a white western society (americas, Europe, Australia) issue but impacts all races of men living within those countries. They pointed out the increase in exposure to chemicals from in utero (womb) to adult age. They said the chemicals and hormones in food might be suppressing certain hormones in men leading to a decrease in sperm.they also pointed out obesity. The side effect to whites becoming advanced is the influx of chemicals, pollution, obesity,etc. that come with an advanced society. Any other races of men living within these countries will be impacted because you will get exposed to the same things. So the reason why Asian, African, and South American countries are exempt is because their environments aren't as toxic as western countries.
