He's reaching and trying to tie both cases together. Essentially he's saying the feds in his gun case may have had him snitch in the murder case to cut a better deal in his gun case. Stupid because why would the Feds care about some state charges in Cincinnati

On another note. If you are a civilian and are witness/Victim to a crime and testify it morally shouldn't be called snitching. Now had Tip and Phil been in a shootout with them boys then we can have that conversation.
