He was set up to buy guns by the feds and his source was the snitch. He didn't just get caught with guns... they brought them for sale, I don't even know if he took possession.

On another note. If you are a civilian and are witness/Victim to a crime and testify it morally shouldn't be called snitching. Now had Tip and Phil been in a shootout with them boys then we can have that conversation.
Obama wasn't president when TI got caught.TI isn't a civilian he's a self proclaimed street dude. Taking the stand is something some other street dudes might consider telling. He may not be "snitching" but he's helping the law lock others up which is probably against some code of ethics if you believe there is one. It's not about what we as civilians think.

I think my post covered this pretty well. Tip is a self proclaimed street dude and sure he is from the streets. But other than a few fights, it is just folklore ever since he been in the industry. If Obama wasn't prez when he got caught, he certainly was when he was sentenced.
