I hope this movie makes a ton of money. So much better than the mcu versions…….

Beyond will likely be the biggest hit, I doubt this one will hit 400 mil domestic, probably 380 and 680 WW. Good but I would've liked to see 400/700 for this one.

ah man, i was talking to a coworker this week, he has 2 kids, one 6 one 2 years old...he took them to see Across the Spiderverse...

he knew nothing about the movie other than his 6 year old wanted to see it...he FULLY expected it to be like SPIDEY and his AMAZING FRIENDS

He said thought the beginning was like a dream sequence or something...then like 20 minutes in he was like "what the fukk is this?!?! (<= even funnier because he's from China and english is his second language so he literally did that gesture when telling the story )

The two year old was way overwhelmed, he had to take the boy out...the 6 year old loved it though

So I just caught a 2nd viewing holy shyt I missed a lot

One thing I caught this time when Spot is mentioning his origin to Miles about bringing the spider we actually see 42 Miles for a quick second. I didn't peep Hobie taking multiple parts for the watch and some of his dialog the first time. He was rooting for Miles the whole film

Remember that moment in ITSV, when Miles first meets his world's Spider-Man and their spider senses do the thing?

The background behind Peter is as we'd expect; the classic red and blue.

But at first Miles' background is green and purple, two colors he's never associated with at all throughout the movie. As the moment goes on, it shifts to match Peter's.

We are literally watching Miles' fate change and the anomaly happen.

It's well established that the spider that bit him was not supposed to even be in that universe, meaning our Miles was supposed to be something else before it happened.
