Batman games are a lot better, this game is fun but it was too repetitive even tho it was still fun. the MJ/Miles missions made me shyt the game off too many times, lazy game design.
Needed more creative boss battles like Arkham. I'm sure part 2 will fix these issues

Took me 3 trys to beat this Hammerhead base on Ultimate difficulty. Got a 105 hit combo tho.

Replaying the main story in NG+ and my god was this a classic. Easily my favorite PS4 game and the best interpretation of Spider-Man in media, I agree wholeheartedly with the video that explains it below.

I give it an 8/10.
Very good game.
Graphics - amazing.
Story - pretty good.
Game play - rock solid albeit pretty repetitive.
Side missions were very repetitive and had limited impact on the main story. (The sneaking missions could be taken out entirely and make the overall experience of the game better)
No venom suit in this game is a travesty.

No venom suit does suck but I'm pretty sure they're saving it for the sequel since they revealed that stuff about Harry in the end.

Hopped back on this to tackle the DLCs. It's been a while since Odyssey & RDR2 pretty much have had my full attention since October. I'm in the Turf Wars DLC. Not sure how many of you watched Daredevil Season 3 on Netflix but he pretty much has to relearn all of his abilities and start from scratch. I felt like that coming into this one after a nearly four month hiatus. I'm playing on Ultimate difficulty and dont use any gadgets other than the standard web shooters, so I threw on the Homemade Suit and got my ass kicked for a few hours in the Hammerhead Fronts. Finally got the juice back and tossed on the Rami Suit. This DLC is actually challenging to a degree and I'm enjoying it now that I've shaken the cobwebs off. I'm really digging some of these suits, too. The Webbed/Rami suit will always be my default from now on but the MK-1 & Future Foundation will get a lot of burn on a NG+ playthrough down the line.

The Future Foundation suit came just in time for me to do my 2nd play-though of the Silver Lining DLC. It looks good having them both Spidey and Silver Sable don white suits.

They actually look like a team when they're both wearing matching outfits.


Funny that I actually got a 100-hit combo when I wasn't trying to here^^


But I couldn't get one here when I was trying hard as hell to get that 100 hit combo^^
