Who's all these new class of money making Blacks? I bet they couldn't fill up one new condominium building at a half mil or better.
These rich new nikkas is folklore. I been around grads of every type of great institutions from Harvard, MIT, etc especially here in Maryland and most of us aren't "ballin" much less multi millionaires. That's still a heavily gated white community thing. Few Blacks are in but most aren't around. I remember being in politics and seeing it first hand. Having my elect try to convince me it's purely economics but what about this and that. It's targeted. That doesn't seem economically at all. You are eliminating them from the start. It's one thing to start with nothing, it's another thing to start with nothing and defend yourself at every counter. If you can make it with that, you are either one extremely tough mfers or one purely sick mfer. Sometimes, their tends to be a mixture.
