It was a good documentary but I want to see the unrated version with no commercials. LOL @ "Annie are you OK" being about a CPR doll. Classic stuff. But the reason I said Bad is "Under-rated" is that "Off the Wall" and "Thriller" get the most props but you can't deny Bad is right there with both. In my view Michael dropped 4 back to back Classics. "Dangerous" is his weakest Classic. But I think an argument could be made that "Off The Wall, Thriller and Bad" are PERFECT albums.

probably :sadcam:

but I cant imagine :whew: cuz posthumously MJ hit God status.

:lawd:

please bless us with some insight on your exp. being under the same roof with a legend.

I was young but still remember when he performed a full version of dirty diana with many of the bad tracks..but this one stood out..man in the mirror was the joint having females dropped to their knees, my uncle had to play superman that night and help plenty of teenagers back on to their feet. Oh shyt, when Thriller came on..the intro was sick..had my young tua ass holding onto my sister's leg!

The drive back home was pretty surreal..i was fading away and sleeping and waking up, felt like a dream. It was hard explaining to my friends at school what it was like.
dangerous tour was another mesmerising concet..Jacko springing up from the platform and not moving one bit, many thought it was a dummy but when he movedone part of his side the place nearly collapsed from the excitement.

You will never ever get a concert show like that again..

I saw prince @ diamonds and pearls and few others after..plus madonna few times..but MJ is the greatest entertainer ever.

It's crazy how much time and effort went into these videos back then and they are wack as hell nowadays

That's the thing, MJ didn't make "Videos" he really made Short Films. I remember when ever they would premiere an MJ video it was like an event. Like when the "Black or White" video came out, it shut down like 5 stations. MJ was just too iconic. I know he had his drama with the cases and plastic surgeries. But he was different, he dedicated 45 years of the 50 years he was alive entertaining people. That's why he connected with so many people around the world. There is no where on earth you could go and they wouldn't know who MJ was.

It's really :snoop: how much videos have down graded now compared to back then...the only artist to do videos on MJ's level right now IMO is Kanye..other then that..music videos have gone to shyt...

MJ REALLY laid the blueprint on how to entertain the viewer and how to create a music video. Them motherfukkers were movies!

ONLY Michael Jackson can cash out and broadcast his Black Or White video on MTV, BET, VH1, and FOX at the same DAMN TIME :damn:...he had the WHOLE WORLD watching him :mj: at the same DAMN TIME! :wow:

Dude was the biggest artist in the WORLD....like literally...the WORLD....EVERY SINGLE PERSON on this PLANET knows who the fukk Michael Jackson was. You could go to the fukking jungle and met a African tribe and I BET you they will know this dance by heart..

LOL @ everyone getting upset at him breaking cars. The point of that was showing his frustration with Racism but they always tried to flip stuff on Michael. But that whole sequence was Epic:

Spike did a good job on this documentary but he also directed 2 of Mike's ILLest videos to me. Both versions of "Don't Care About Us":

The "Prison" Version:

Yeah its kinda funny when people talk about so and so is the "next Michael Jackson", completely ignoring the fact that MJ was an absolute phenomenon is his time...nobody will ever come close to that level of having the whole world on lock like he did.

I remember when the prison version was out, and it was the only time they ever showed it. Never saw that version on TV again. :wow:

Dude was ahead of his time and is probably the most famous and famous person of the 20th century.

Im also interested how a deep voice Michael Jackson sounded, talking and singing. :pachaha:
