DPG Recordz
Hoo' Bangin'
Noo Trybe
G-Funk Music
$hort Records
Thizz Entertainment
Realside Records

Glad someone else in here recognized them. IMO they could have been the next Death Row, especially with backing from Priority. Mix of vets like Mack 10 and MC Eiht along with Techniec who was a beast in the West at that time.

and you know, even though shyt had changed when suge came home, i fee like he still could've have a second comin' with death row

now, it was NEVER gon be what it was before in it's hey day, but i felt like suge could've really bought back some great music if he wouldn't have been wastin' his time with promotin' fake 2pacs (the realest) and snoops (top dogg)

suge should have been scoutin' around the streets of watts, compton, inglewood for talent and lookin' for new rappers and producers for the new shyt of the 2000s

but instead he was comfortable just livin' off of old shyt he had in vaults and just makin' fun of dre and snoop :francis:

Yeah pretty much Suge being in prison so much fukked them. I mean when he finally got through the "imitation" phase of rappers, and got Kurupt back, signed Crooked I, Spider Loc, Eastwood. It was a much more solid group. Then you had big people behind the scenes, Lefteye, Petey Pablo, Ray J.... Suge would go back to jail and absolutely deaded any momentum they were building. During the time period, they were only able to release one project, Dysfunktional Family soundtrack. Kurupt's return project would come out after he reconciled with DPG. Crooked I, who was ready and primed to be THE GUY outta the west at the time, was never able to lift off....
