Come Back To Me peaked at #2 on the Hot 100 but I always saw it as one of Janet’s most underrated singles.

 I always thought that chit was hilarious, seeing that he was the one dying to go solo.

still had a good run tho. somebody had to come in last place.
I wouldn’t even say he had a good run. He has exactly one memorable single and I hear that used in a joke more than anything else. I’ve called a sensitive coli posters “Ralph Tresvant ass nikkas”. He clearly benefited the most from a NE reunion

Money Can't Buy You Love and Do What I Gotta Do weren't nearly the hit as Sensitivity, but they both were good singles.

do what I gotta do
stone cold gentleman...........I always felt like this song was wack
money cant buy me love

he had a nice lil run with that album. it was just dwarfed in comparison by what the others were doing.
and it doesn't help that he aint do chit afterwards.

yea, I think he benefitted the most from that movie, if that's the reunion youre referring to.

not giving him a run, giving him a single :manny:

nah

I'm saying yall tryna give him a run at the poll.

ive been meaning to tone the local slang down some. my bad.

Ralph didn't have a great run, but he got it right a couple of times with Jam & Lewis... and he hit the ground runnin' with that "Sensitivity"! It was the lead single and it was a smash. Definitely felt like he was about to kill 'em. The rest of the album was just aiiiight though, so...

@Wacky D, the Michel'le & Troop albums dropped hella late-'89... their biggest singles dropped in '90.

gotcha. either way, it's a beloved song (as are all the choices - that janet is a favorite song of mine, but in the competition for single of the year, i had to pass it up) that was big, inevitably some of us are gonna vote for it. poison will win tho

Real hard choices but of course Poison is the most popular on the list. My personal favorite from the list is actually En Vogue-Hold On with Babyface-Whip Appeal. Cant go wrong with any song tho.

BBD hands down

Speaking of 90's r&b here's a gem from Ralph Tresvant with Mint Condition playing back up band kind of dope.
