I don't see why cats are even kept as pets. They aren't friendly or playful at all. They only like you when they want something from you :to:

Cats are not like dogs. You have to treat a cat with respect, and respect its boundaries.

She's a little on the older side so she likes to do her own thing most of the time. But she'll still come up to me a couple times a days rub up against me and purr. She also loves to sleep all up on me at night, smh. I woke up one night and this big broad had her whole body on my neck :comeon:. I couldn't even move.

People don't realize that cats can love you just as much as a dog would. I will literally sit down and have conversations with her and she'll meow back like she's trying to reply. I wish I knew what she was saying.

absolutely love my current kitty, Frosting, and all of my previous cats...i hate when folks are like :why: cats are mean or they don't do anything...

i talk to Frosting like she is a child lol....which is prolly a lil nutso but she's very vocal and "talks" back most of the time...and she def follows me about the house most of the time....her fave is to come into the bathroom when im in there ...and we travel from my apt in MD to my mommy's house in VA at least 2 weekends a month...so she even is comfy w/ riding in the car w/ no carrier and going between two households....shes sucha good girl...and animated and we totally have a good bond...when i get home she greets me...always wakes up from napping n comes to me and lays on her back for scratchies...then i do this thing where i pick her up like a baby and cuddle her for a about 15 seconds then down she goes...and when im playing ps3 or sitting around the house we always play fetch w/ her glitter balls or she sits near me and sleeps

Cats are cool, they are relatively low maintenance...just make sure you keep that litter box clean cause they get angry and start pissing in your bathtub or some shyt out of spite. Do a cat wrong and it gives you the :childplease: plotting to do something as soon as you leave the house.

Dogs don't have that in them, loyal to the end...thats a positive for them.
