If you have a professional job with an employer like Citi, you've been given a chance to hustle, so I can't blame them. They pay as little as possible and you require as much as possible, it's on you to increase your value.

It's a difference if you work at Target or some other type of "standard" laborer, that should be controlled by unions where they shall negotiate collectively. There's a lot of work that can be done on that tip compared to many other smaller nations.

A lot of people are lazy as hell and don't do anything to improve their situation, despite actively complaining about their pay.
I learned by this managing people. There were people who I would sit down and show them how much money they were throwing away by not coming to work, not trying etc. Didn't matter.

That being said, you'd have to be a complete fukking fool to believe in the lie that hard work automatically leads to higher pay. Maybe in some situations or if you work for yourself, but overall that is not how corporate America works. You are better off being a lazy idiot born into a good situation.

How do any of you square that there are systemic barriers in place for black people and yet also believe that "well if you just work hard enough you'll succeed" :mjlol:

fukking no thought put into your worldviews at all other than "fukk them nikkas they just lazy I got mines"

40% of America doesn't have 400$ to spare for an unexpected expense, if 40% of the population is just too lazy to not live within $500 of poverty and destitution then how the ever loving fukk does society even function. That's the weird thing with you conservatives, you believe corporations will answer for all needs if we don't regulate them and yet you also have literally no faith in the human condition.
