There is no correct age. You should stay at home until you have saved up enough money to get ahead in life.

I stayed at home until I was 28. Yeah it was many of days when I was fed up with my mom but I toughed it out.

I paid off all my debt and saved up $35K. Yeah a lot of bytches didn't get fukked because I still lived at home and yeah some of my friends had jokes but that was the best decision I've ever made.

It set me up beautifully for the future and allowed me to save even more because my money wasn't/isn't tied up on debt.

Personally if I hadn't met my soon to be wife, I would have probably stayed at home until the age of 30, saved up more money and be even better off.

That "move out at 18" bullshyt is overrated. All of my friends that moved out at 18 did nothing but spin their wheels in life and most are still broke.

People need to realize that times have changed. Black people especially need to get over that outdated mindset.

you dont need that much money breh trust me, its never been cheaper and easier to travel with like air bnb./ hostels, cheap flights.

I'm no 6 figure cert type breh, but I travel still, the great thing about travelling by yourself I don't care where I stay as long as its safe and clean.

I've gone on trips with girls before and it had to be a 5 star resort or like a hilton hotel

when your single the world is yours, when I went to cuba I flew out on a friday, i booked my trip on the wednesday, I didn't care where I went just had a week and said F it.

The great thing as well with apps like tinder you can basically set up something in advance. This summer I went to vancouver like 2 months prior I "trolled" the city and ended up matching wiht a bunch of women, started talking to one, only talked to her on the phone once , but she picked me up at the airport and we spent the whole week together and she showed me around the city

Remember you nevr know when life may throw you a wrench I stopped putting things off, I know you ain't religious but no one is guaranteed another day. I'm enjoying my life now I could be dead or paralysed by the neck down next year who knows

I'm 29 and live at home although my parents are only here 6 months out of the year. I contribute to the mortgage, hydro, property taxes etc.


It's all "perception" that if you live at home your somehow rotting in your parents basement not paying bills or handling responsibility just playing videogames all day long.

It's amazing you can live at home and pay 1,000 a month for bills building equity and be viewed in a negative limelight but you can rent some little studio for 1000 a month and be considered responsible.

Hell if I never get married the hell I'm going to move out for ?

Honestly I have no idea, even a 10 percent downpayment is like 90k

Most people I know who buy houses move like 2-3 hours outside of toronto where you can buy a house for like 250k etc.

n April, Toronto's wild housing market hit a historical benchmark, when theaverage price of a detached home hit $965,760.

the median household income in toronto is only 90k as well not like its a bunch of rich folks

I mean, I travel to other places in the U.S. mainly for hiphop concerts and stuff, thats kind of my thing to do. I went to california two years ago for a comedy show, I hated flying so much, had a constant panic attack. There ain't no trains in the U.S. but I've never traveled abroad. Like I said, always been broke.

You never know, you could end up going somewhere that fits who you are more so than the US. Right now it's a great time to travel like @Emperor_ReinScarf said, the British pound is no longer worth 2x as much, the Euro isn't as strong and is nearly on a 1-1 with the dollar right now.

Basically the dollar is in a decent spot for the first time in a minute when it comes to traveling.
