I'll let you guys in on a lil secret. Instead of taking a shower after every bowel movement, first wipe yourself with a tissue paper and then wash your ass with some soap and a cup or a jug of water. Thats what I do. I keep an empty jug in the washroom at all time and fill it with water and wash myself after everytime I use the bathroom. Is it ghetto? Sure, but it gets the job done and I stay smelling good.
