This marriage is about teamwork and FINANCES are a big part of that. All the married couples I know that are doing well financially husband and wife are both bringing in paper and stacking money together.

I make about twice as much as my wife, but we have a family savings account and our own bank accounts. The family account covers mortgages, car payments, kids, medical, dental etc. Where we have our own accounts to buy the things we like and invest. But all in all the system works pretty well. If you get the point to where you are potentially going to marry a woman, you need to be ok with pooling together your resources.
