Spin-off from the DC boy getting killed for car theft:

For those who don’t know, Yummy was an 11 year old gang member in Chicago who had already killed, and was then killed by his own gang because he was making it too hot.

Situation is if you knew a young 11 year old was going to go out one night to commit a crime and we was due to be murdered, do you stop it by calling the police and saving his life or do you let street politics rule knowing an 11 year old is going to be killed?

It looks like A LOT of people from twitter and from other thread have a hard time comprehending that these ‘kids’ are real life menace to societies.

I posted some links but I couldn’t post the famous pic of him from Time. If someone can post it. Discuss

Yummy Sandifer deserved death. People forget he killed a random teenage girl. Dudes want to talk that "b...b..but he was a kid" shyt but it would be a whole different story if that teenage girl was their sister, cousin or a friend.
This. Individuals like Yummy and even Tay-K are in the same league as Klan members to me.

Many black people live in poverty and don’t resort to killing innocent people so I don’t feel sorry for them.

Now I posted the Umar gif but I definitely feel sorry for Yummy. Lil bro was groomed into it and didn't have a chance. Remember when Pac spoke on it and these bytch ass nikkas ran him out the city :smh:

there’s young boys who ignore the advocate groups, school programs, and family members tryna steer them in the right path — and then there’s the Yummy’s of the world. He had burnt cigarette marks on his body as a toddler.. he absolutely had no chance in life.

He’s one of the few examples of where you can truly point to the environment. RIP that girl though, she deserved to live a full life

As for “save”, nah because even if I was in my 30s settled in.. I couldn’t properly care for him. There’s only a select few BM who can though.

^ the above is the crux of the “More BM need to be mentors” argument but that’s another convo.

You out of bounds comparing an 11 year old groomed on violence versus grown KKK members. Poverty didn’t create Yummy.

The issue isn’t about the kid; it’s about a certain morality we have clearly failed to pass down. ‘Only God can judge’…’wish death on no man’…These pretty basic principles are out the window—-bc of fatherless homes, decline in religion, etc —-and now you got dudes on some type of pissing match to see who can be the biggest ‘demon’

Being atheist used to be some white boy shyt. Now black folk following that. And yes you must be atheist if you carrying it like that.

i didn't read the thread aside from the original news story but was there information that the kid did more than try to break in a car, like try to hurt the guy? if not, rules are rules. it's generally unlawful to use deadly force in defense of property

that being said, i am not sure if this is a good comparison. but i would have preferred yummy got some help and rehab. at that age, the only ones to blame are the parents and other older folks that had any control over him.
