so you bring your own frozen condiments out to restaurants too? :jbhmm:
no but i dont use any of the bottle condiments on the table. gotta come from the kitchen on the side.
like i will get mayo or ranch on the side.

ive seen them in the restaurants transferring the last of ketchup from one bottle to the other

Put your condiments back in the fukkin fridge you weirdo :what:

Refrigerate after opening isn't a suggestion:ufdup:

If you want it room temperature take it out of the fridge before you plan to eat it. Then put the bottle back in the fridge.

I remember fighting with some slob roommates about this years ago. They were so fukkin lazy and gross, always made a mess, left dirty dishes EVERYWHERE, never cleaned their cats' litter boxes, never did laundry, never cleaned up after themselves, and ALWAYS kept the ketchup out.

At diners and restaurants ketchup is left out. Even ketchup packets and dispensers.

yeah, cuz it won't spoil like other condiments. no reason to keep it in the fridge :manny:

No this is completely inaccurate and silly. Restuarants go through gallons of condiments daily. The reason they sit out on the table is because they are used throughout the duration of business hours. Therefore the new shyt they fill up the bottles with is unopened.

Ketchup packets dont need to be refrigerated because they aren't opened. Obviously.

At the end of the night or shift, ketchup and mustard bottles must be put in fridges. Any steakhouse or burger joint youve been going to that lets them shyts sit on the table overnight for the next days business is violating health code.

Its common to pour new ketchup in to old ketchup bottles...like I said the old ketchup that has been sitting out for 6 hours is still fine to eat and you just pour new ketchup on top to full the bottle. Either way all the shyt is getting eaten or wasted and thrown away during the duration of business hours.

Most businesses either have a big as can of ketchup like this

or

that they get in bulk
and use to refill. or some have dispensers which have bags filled with the condiment that they use to squirt into bottles to refill them the oxygen never hits the condiment inside the dispenser so technically that can sit out for months or weeks until empty like this

at cookouts, do you keep ketchup and shyt in the cooler? :jbhmm:

No and you wouldnt need to. Once again you would be opening a fresh bottle of the condiment. One that has no exposure and is moisture locked and all of that. If your having a cookout and bring out the old half a bottle of ketchup that youve had for a couple of weeks and givin that to your friends and family

Umm...nah breh. Tomatoes don't last very long when not eaten or preserved breh. If you open a jar of Ragu then put that shyt in the cupboard. 2 days later that shyt will be green and fuzzy on top with lil black spots and a puddle of wetness. Same with tomato paste.

The thing about ketchup, the kind with all the salt and high fructose corn syrup is it will begin to separate and you will just need to shake it up, its already spoiling. Def not enough to hurt you or really make you sick but then again the ketchup shouldnt last a month to begin with. If you get the all natural ketchup that shyt will go bad within 7 days of opening and sitting the cupboard.
