i put it in the fridge usually but i dont mind if they are out. i just dont like mustard that has sat out because it starts to look weird.

If you have a problem write to the companies who put the instructions on the bottle to refrigerate after opening. Or you can ball out and pop bottles with condiments. Open a brand new bottle every time you eat something.
