My boy gave me 53 with Roshown McCleod on 2k9 or 10. Most insane thing I ever experienced.

Someone told me that certain online 2k games are scripted and I didn't believe it for a minute.

I remember playing the Clippers with the Blazers and they ended up down 9 with a min to go in the quarter. I shyt you not when I say that Jamal Crawford hit 2 threes in a row, and then Blake got fouled for 2, which he made. That's not the crazy part though. We were still up 1 and there was 0.7 seconds left. No timeouts left.

So Chris Paul gets the ball and HEAVES that ish the entire length of the court and it goes off the glass and IN. They win.

Needless to say, I ended up with a few broken Xbox accessories and stopped playing 2k after that.

Yeah there are some games where it definitely feels like the game is predetermined for the other team sometimes.

Anyway the weirdest thing I can recall is after the end of an online game in like 2k9 I was playing the Celtics and at the end of the game when the players do the scripted celebrations for when they won, Nate Robinson was walking and then he suddenly grabs his head like he got shot, and he started losing his balance and just collapsed midcourt like he was injured Son had a heart attack after the game ended and died right at midcourt

in a fantasy draft season i played a few years ago (2k10-2k11?) Yao Ming hit a contested 3 pointer on me for the series win. have also had dwight howard hit a very long, contested, midrange jumpshot for the win in a regular exhibition game. somehow dwight's shot made me a lot more mad than the Yao one

This was an obvious dirty play, but I gotta get this dude Hinrich off of my squad when I finally start running with the Bulls in franchise mode.

Get not only muscled out of bounds, but get muscled out of the game due to getting injured on the play brehs.

Waste of a roster spot in the virtual world just like he is in real life .

I was trying to roll the ball down court for an inbound play even though the game wasn't close and the point guard was an idiot and didn't go for it. After a few seconds, I said fukk it and just dove for it and it let me stand up and dribble the ball down court
