I spent 5 days in Vancouver a few summers ago for a wedding, absolutely loved it. Clean city with friendly people, attractive women of all different ethnicities and plenty of gorgeous sites and if you like outdoor activities you'll be in heaven, went hiking/biking everyday I was there.

Vancouver is amazing to visit but to live there you gotta be rolling in dough like @Ashtrey

I was shocked at how many fly ass sisters lived there. A lot of puerto ricans and black/puerto rican mixes. And if you were a black man they were thirsty for you!

:wow: nikka ate so good there. Everybody thought I was Tupac lol. Walking downtiwn pimps and playas just showing mad love on some, "Yo Pac...you need something".

Plus the scenery is beautiful...

Most people who claim Atlanta don’t even live in the city limits! I’m sure you know this, given you’ve been to Atlanta. In addition, Atlanta has an ongoing project called the Belt Line that is reversing that trend. Look it up. Atlanta will be one of the most population dense cities in the United States in the next 10-15 years.

Atlanta is one city that you’re comparing against surburbs spread across two states and the nation’s political power base! DMV should have prosperous Black neighborhoods! But, in many ways, a lot of that Black wealth in DMV is wholly dependent on government and government-affiliated jobs.

In Atlanta, that’s not the case. A lot of diversity in terms of how Black people are getting money, which is becoming more interesting as Atlanta grows as the tech hub of the Southeast.

Government is still top dog in the DMV but it’s not the only economic force around here contrary to stereotypes.

As for this lil size debate between you and BrothaZay, ATL is bigger than DC square mile-wise but DC is still bigger and denser (people-wise and building-wise) than ATL within its city limits AND its metro area.
