The kind of absurdity, and idiocy displayed on here at times is incredible!
To answer OP's question, I see nothing wrong with req refugee-like status in other countries, esp in countries that in some way or another owe us land or access. Would probably fall under political asylum category, however. Nonetheless we definitely should, and will push for measure like this.
