US education isn't terrible and the olympics effect probably less than 1% of the population.
Its an absurd contention on its face with no actual support for it.
US has a very efficient selection progress and when you are selected it has the best doping program, as well has power in keeping its doping quiet. You see how they flexed and fukked over the Russians
