I have recently gotten back into investing myself. my strategy is long term investing in stocks that pay high dividends. still trying to buy them at a value, but I mainly want that dividend. The stocks I'm invested in right now are:

coca cola
nike
wells fargo
ford
verizon

and a mutual fund which pays no dividend.

all of mines are paying over 3% dividend annually. and so far, all of them have gone up in value since I copped. some minimally, and some significantly.

I got the idea from reading some warren buffett strategies about investing in stocks with dividends, so that's what I'm trying to do.

I have an ameritrade for both my personal money and one of my retirement accounts from a previous jobs that I'm investing with.
