Sports Analyst, Emmanuel Acho, says being non-FBA means he doesn't have "generational trauma" and he can speak with no "sting" to white people.

‘I don’t really do conversations, I don’t like to talk much, my vocal cords are messed damaged’

But be a sports analyst on multiple sports media talks shows and have a your own show where you “talk” to white folk about their plights….

Not only be full of shyt, but lie poorly about being full of shyt brehs
Soon as I heard that my thought was this dude is still full of shyt.

He's just mad that he couldn't get his lies off and Van was well researched enough to spin him in circles and make him look stupid.

Acho is a c00n and doesnt deserve respect

Everyone Black ain't your(your in the general sense) ain't your brother
Acho said some stupid/ignorant c00n shyt , so there’s hope for him unlike a hateful c00n, who hates the people that look like themselves

What I’m saying if an actual discourse is going to happen he has the opportunity to correct his mistake.

this is why delineation is very very important.

let Acho speak for himself and his fellow Nigerians, West Africans, etc., etc..

this needs to blow up … because there’s too many of them , non-ADOS/FBA that feel they can speak for us.

My problem with him ain't so much that he said he hasn't experienced all the racism (which is bad enough on its own) but that he takes it an extra step and hand waves away the experience of blacks who came up here saying "I have no idea why they are so mad, white man good".

:what:

what exactly argument can he make? i’m confused please elaborate.

Do you think the future of the “black” diaspora is in the USA or Africa? Let’s be serious right now.

I’m not talking about prior impact. I’m talking about what the future will be.

Acho is trying to thread a needle, that he doesn’t have the skill to do, of a discussion around self pride and achievement and progress. Its hard to do that when you can’t relate to struggle and dont want struggle to define you.

Plus, at some point you need to look at the stats of achievement and accomplishment. The backgrounds are different, so whats the excuse going to be in the next 50 years?

The only group to provide a “base” for the diaspora in the first place has been us(fba). All parties involved are in the west, speaking English :beli:

African brehs learn "history" but not HISTORY until they spend some time around us.

Often they get the whitewashed version that removes a lot of context. So...they speak from a privileged outsider position.

They want us to just get over what's happening/happened to our people......yet.....they came to America because they couldn't get past their cultural/ethnic/religious differences back home....and those were all Black people.

America is like South Africa but if the Boers had the majority from the jump. Think about how ridiculous that would be...and here we are.

"I’ve long been intrigued by the scores of Black Americans throughout history who sought refuge in Paris, where they enjoyed a level of success and respect doggedly denied them at home. Josephine Baker, James Baldwin, Richard Wright and Loïs Mailou Jones are among the many exiled African American artists whose inspiring tales of triumph in spite of America’s rigid racial caste system continue to draw Black Americans to the City of Light today."
