She’s been a top assistant for seven years. Why wouldn’t she be qualified for a HC job? And what does it have to do with black men.in a league that is like 80% black, black men can barely get jobs and this white women is interviewing for prime positions.
Who cares if she sat the bench for 7 years. Pat Ewing was an assistant for over 10 years in the league and Juwan Howard was an assistant with the Heat for 5 or 6 years. These are FORMER NBA players that had to go the college route to get a head coaching job..Why doesn't she have to go the college route to get a head coaching job? Its clearly an agenda when it comes to Hammon. There are several black assistants that have put in work that never gets the chance at a job but just because shes a white women that sat on the bench with POP she is suppose to be guaranteed an NBA Head coaching job? If she was black, they wouldn't be saying shyt.
Difference is the league is mostly black males not white women. It's not like white women are lacking job opportunities. There's a whole entire league for her...the WNBA.

I have no problems with female coaches hell i think a dawn staley, kim mulkey could easily coach men and be successful at it.
And as well if Becky sucks that as well will prob nip the bud for any future female coach

Dawn Staley is the only woman alive I believe can coach at the NBA level.
She turned South Carolina into one of the nations top programs and has the respect of players across the league.

She’s guaranteed to get the job because no team is gonna want the media smoke of being the one who interviewed her and DIDNT hire her.
Personally I would hate to have to be the GM that had to inevitably fire her.

I mean it's not like she hasn't paid her dues. Don't get me wrong there is severe lack of Black coaches and that needs to be addressed but she isn't undeserving.
