Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
nikka log the fukk off Iike I told you earlier...Your whole argument is dishwasher safe the way white folks like it....

You haven't said shyt that's on a level beneath the surface that's worth responding too.......so take your nikka hating antics and see through logic back to another white boy dominated forum whose gonna appreciate it.......

None of the shyt you so call blasting on has squat to do with any post via @Peter Vecsey in this thread....
shut up nikka.. you don't even know your own points

Second, the court should not have the authority to arbitrarily dictate what's best for my kids socially, 16 years from now.....

how the court don't have authority to decide what's best for the kids EDUCATIONALLY, when they have an entire court system dedicated to what's in the best interests of children... WITHOUT any regards to what the parent wants to happen

If my baby has a potent idea to build his own business and he's like fukk college, he should not be denied that money.......

don't save any money for college in case your kid has an idea 16 years later and needs the college money to launch it... even tho you start applying for college in 10th grade

However, since she couldn't afford a proper attorney.....you have to succumb to wild shyt like this........
blame attorneys for giving you WILD shyt... like getting away scott free and keeping 60k and keeping your kids and not doing to jail brehs

It's almost like the court is mad that the general public wanted to help a negress......I understand the receipts and what not, but if you know anything about family court, aint no way she should have received all that bread without the court forcing her to take some financial literacy classes and come up with a proper plan to spend the money...

They knew this shyt was going to happen and were banking on it....

blame the court system for dumb broads inability to make a simple deposit brehs.. say the expected it to happen as if her lawyer didn't tell her brehs... say you don't know anything about family court but know how to put the money in your moms account to hide it, knowing she has tax problems brehs... commit tax fraud brehs

leave your kids in hot cars brehs

spend up free money while not getting a job brehs

don't plan for your kids going to college brehs

i'm proud you have no replies for me... cause if you actually had an EDUCATED one, i might have to actually listen to you backtracking for longer

what in the entire fukk is this nonsense

bytch WAS GOING TO JAIL... THE FEDS... FOR CHILD ABUSE... AND LOSING HER KIDS!!!!!!

what you mean, they knew this would happen... this was a weak deal... blah blah blah

lets go your route... no deal... she goes to jail, no money... end of story

any village idiot is gonna take WHATEVER deal to keep them out of jail.. times that by 9872389572 if it has to do with a. keep your kids or b. go to jail and they go to foster home

she didn't have to do no community service, probation, weekend jail, fine... NOTHING

she didn't have to even use her own money... not only was she given a free 100k... she also was gonna be FREE to use it.. and FREE to have her kids.. and FREE to live a much better life, and give them a better life...

and all she had to do was give up 40k and keep 60?? and you arguing how it might be possible it was the free lawyers fault?? there's a couple MILLION kids in a foster home right now, parents locked up, that would punch you in the mouth to get $10, let alone 40k for college

ok they don't wanna go... they got a great idea... you don't want no business classes nikka??? you don't want to advance in that field so you're not the idiot with a great idea that just gets stolen?? community college??

this is why we ain't never going anywhere.. college fund should have been set up.. even if you only putting in a dollar when you can... so your kids got that help.. in case.. they should be being pushed towards college, but if you're a shytty parent, maybe they will still want to go one day...

not only was that not happening.. then you are arrested, and forced to start a college fund.. not even with your own money... to stay out of jail... for your kids........ and you can't even do that

people keep going around in circles but fact is.. the day the judge said "if you take this deal, you owe the kids 40k in this fund..." her FIRST mission after leaving the court, should have been straight to the bank

boom... stays out of jail, keeps her kids... then focus on other shyt... it's called priorities.. first priority... KEEP MY fukkING KIDS AND DON'T GET LOCKED UP

but now we about to see exactly what would have happened if she didn't get this "fukked up" deal... when her ass sitting in the cell she should have been in the first time.. no kids... no money... and still having to put shyt in her momma name
:mjcry: excellent post

A civil rights leader has changed his perspective on Shanesha Taylor, saying he no longer supports the controversial mother.

"We're trying to separate Shanesha Taylor from her mistakes, and that has proved to be perhaps an insurmountable obstacle," said Reverend Jarrett Maupin.

Authorities accused Taylor in March of leaving her children in a hot car while she went to a job interview.

Support for Taylor poured into an online fundraising account; donors gave her more than $114,000.

Part of a deal with prosecutors to avoid charges for Taylor included her putting some of that money into a trust for her children.

When she failed to do so, prosecutors reinstated charges against her.

Maupin said he arranged jobs for Taylor in the hospitality industry, a business in which she told him she was interested.

"I call these Taylor-ready jobs, all she had to do was show up," Maupin said. "Unfortunately, she didn't."

Maupin says Taylor also wasted her donated money.

"We had someone call my office and alert her attorney to the fact that she spent $6,000 at a music studio in Tempe to finish her baby daddy's rap album," Maupin said. "That's not what people gave her that money for."

In a response to ABC 15, Taylor said, "I haven't spoken to [Reverent Maupin] since July 21st. He has not been part of my defense team. Anything he says is libel or slander."

Taylor is due in court December 3.

Right now all her supporters are prolly like

PHOENIX - A trial date has now been set for the Valley mother who gained national attention for leaving her children in a hot car while she went on a job interview.

Her teary eyed mug shot prompted people all around the country to donate to her defense.

WATCH FULL INTERVIEW: Shanesha Taylor speaks out after trial date set

Shanesha Taylor though, failed once again to meet a key deadline that would have eliminated child abuse charges.

Taylor had until Thursday to fund a $40,000 trust for her children's education and childcare. That amount was reduced from $60,000 that was part of the original deferred prosecution agreement with the state.

In all, Taylor raised more than $100,000. She tells us there is still $72,000 left.

Taylor explained that she can fund the trusts and was willing to but she was told she had until November 15 to completed the transfers. She expressed concern that some of her concerns and intentions were not fully communicated to the prosecutor's office.

She said that she did not fund the trusts originally because the terms of the trusts would prevent her children from accessing the money should they choose not to pursue higher education.

"I'm trying my best," she said. "I'm not this terrible person that they keep making me to be."

She said she is living on $3,500 per month. She also indicated though that some of the spending from the total went toward childcare and rent paid in advance.

Taylor failed to provide financial documents in previous hearings. Taylor said that the money was in her mother's account and she didn't want to turn that over court records because of her mother's tax issues.

Taylor said that she has been unable to get a job.

Meantime, her attorney Benjamin Taylor who helped broker what some would call a "dream agreement" asked to withdraw as her attorney.

He said he could not go into details but told ABC15 that he was happy that he was able to help her get her children back and make this deal on her behalf. In court he told the judge that he advised his client to fund the account.

Taylor is set for a December 10 trial date on felony child abuse charges. She said she is still hopeful that the whole thing can end positively.
