Still got beer guts. Probably have no stamina or functional strength
is even worth it at that point?
Dumb ass, they need extra fat to build muscle. You must not lift

I do.
Both tennis, and basketball players, amaze me from their endurance. I truly think, endurance is the secret to good health, and virility, when combined with proper eating. Lifting weights is good to help your nervous system stay strong, and be able to process information quickly, and properly.
And as far as basketball players, that skill helps you in a team type of career like corporate jobs. It also helps you be good at math due to needing to know distance, amount of power to release, and time, to make a shot. The same with tennis. It's just how you use the skill in your everyday life.
When I use the term "functional", I mean can it help me become a better person in my everyday life?
I'm not knocking them if that makes them happy, I'm speaking for myself. And it Is impressive to be that strong, but I watched that from my childhood, and went through just lifting for strength. That stuff gets old quick, if you want a whole life, and to be multifaceted. I still give them their props, though.

Basically my man sounding high and like a chick (30 is old) with his logic on this lolI ain't saying you sound crazy, but how much can a person REALLY work on their face, outside of plastic surgery. You can have a dope body at 70 but unless someone come up with some kinda face program then lol, age is gonna show EVENTUALLY
I'm truly amazed by shyt like this. I used to always catch the strongman comps, when they'd lift those stones and toss kegs over the wall. I was always worried one of them dudes would fukk up and catch a keg upside the head.Where did I write 30 is old?Basically my man sounding high and like a chick (30 is old) with his logic on this lol
Ohh find the wrong part and harp on that. I was wrong about that part sue me smart guy. This ain't no argument and I wasn't even replying to you but I guess you felt required to defend your honor or some shyt. You got it dogWhere did I write 30 is old?
I wrote we stop maturing at 30(physically). Do you know what that means?
And your reply is why I wrote the knowledge about aging will not be made public, it isn't worth the arguing.

OK?Ohh find the wrong part and harp on that. I was wrong about that part sue me smart guy. This ain't no argument and I wasn't even replying to you but I guess you felt required to defend your honor or some shyt. You got it dog

Another example of lack of communication skills I see. Parents didn't teach you well huh?

But they don't have to compromise their bodies, its just they are doing things the old way. That was partly what my post was about. I predict in the future, IF the knowledge becomes public, we will see strong men with medium physiques.dumb fakkits writing essays on how powerlifters have dysfunctional bodies
NEWS FLASH idiots the only thing that matters in this sport is lifting the most weight and the pros have compromised their bodies to do it
if you want a well-rounded physique and fighting skills then train combat sports, it's fukking obvious

A lot of people who lift heavy weights, have poor endurance. I seen a big guy lift heavy weight, but when it came to holding something that was probably 8 pounds, he couldn't hold it for long. I also notice the same thing when its time to run. I seen a guy who looks like he had leg strength, legs started cramping after a minute of jumping. While a skinny guy kept going.
What's the point of having strength, if I can knock you out just from running around, and making you tired?
What is crazy to me is, out of all the people who have been lifting heavy weights, and even people who don't, but they take exercise seriously, throughout the decades, I've never seen anyone who still looks young! Their bodies may look young, but their faces still look old. shyt is crazy.
believe it or not, but muscle slows down your punches, that shyt shocked me when i heard itA lot of people who lift heavy weights, have poor endurance. I could prolly do that if I had a good solid 2-3 week training camp. It's really all in the elbow position.
Nah, lifting weights slow it down. But that is because of the training not the weightlifting itself. Look at Mike tyson, in his prime he was diesel, and not small.believe it or not, but muscle slows down your punches, that shyt shocked me when i heard it
@BelowTheMasonDixon See what I mean. And I just gave my explanation in simple terms. I'm not telling anybody what I've learned so far. I've gave bits, and pieces, on this site, but as a wholeThe shyt I'm reading from this clown @lotty
