Bring some Depends to the gym next time gramps:flabbynsick:
Even your shyt talking is corny and minor league. :russell:
You're gonna sit here right now and tell me that when you do squats, which is completely based on training just your muscles, bone density, and connector points, that you're also affecting your stomach, intestines, pancreas, liver, kidneys, and gallbladder?

So you must also believe that one can drink alcohol to an extreme extent and it's all good on those internal organs as long as you're lifting weights?

Matter of fact we're done with this conversation before I acquire whatever stupid vibes you're putting out in this thread. No answer necessary I know all I need to by now. Enjoy your squats and your shyts, bro :mjlol:
Y oh show how much of an idiot you are by trying to use alcohol intake as an analogy. :dead:

I shouldn’t expect you to know what you’re talking about when the only exercise you do is workout your fingers typing stupid shyt.
. :mjlol:

veggies are essentially roughage...made for digestion.
they're actually a little rough on your stomach.

I bet if you did meat only with keifer/stock/sauerkraut you would have similar if not better results.

if youre eating subway subs wouldnt be surprised if you have a bread/sugar sensitivity.

look up the GAPS diet...
...it healed my stomach after ingesting some teeth whitener.

Yea I dont have any studies or anything that correlates meat and indegestion or anything but I know personally when I stopped eating meat I began to notice a difference in ease of passinng stools as well as the size of my bowel movements ( TMI).

Im really only eating veggie wraps whenever I go to subway as I do have bread/sugar sensitivity as well however I have a mean sweet tooth smh.

I'll definitely look into the GAPS diet again I was only speaking on what helped me personally I know someone else might not have the same results as me but not eating meat has done wonders for my gut health.

The likeliest answer is an increase in metabolism

Squats work a lot of muscles, and the more you develop them the more metabolic work they do. Muscle requires maintenance and that maintenance comes in the form of food relative to output. The reason professional athletes eat so much is because their muscles are essentially a furnace. The more the developed the muscle the faster they'll put those calories to use, which also means faster generation of waste. That equals more trips to the bathroom

Speaking personally when I'm at my most active yea the shytting is frequent. If I gotta shyt 5-10 minutes after a meal I know my metabolism is on point. If it takes an hour or more I know I'm slipping :flabbynsick:

And people forget everyone eats and operates differently. I do other core workouts too, which help the digestion even more. But the increases in squats Contributed to my bathroom breaks, and that exercise is the only I do that does the most for the midsection.

The amount of tension and contraction applied to abdominal muscles can directly contribute to bowel movements. The reason so many people are constipated and have old rotten food in their gut is a result of weak muscles. Also when you're trained enough you know that real shytting comes from the core

As far as digestion my earlier post about muscle development's relation to metabolic function applies
100% believe this, I've been both with a 6 pack and been fully :flabbynsick: and back, the digestive track is completely different, your body gets the nutrients and cleanses that excess waste much faster. When your :flabbynsick: that waste just sits and festers and drains your energy. Food comas happen a lot more when you aren't in shape too in my experience.

I’ve never had any issues with bowel movements; pretty much going every day. But since I started adding a grip more of squats to my routine I’ve been having days where I’m shytting 3 times in a day. Add in coffee and it’s like a natural laxative. :ohhh:

So if you’re constipated, try doing 100ish squats a day. It might help you out.
You supposed to squat when you shyt not sit for what it's worth. Asians do the squat to shyt and hang out and naturally benefit a lot from the habit. Maybe you are helping food move along more effectively
