Love this machine. This machine makes me sweat more then any other exercise i do. I usually do 15 to 30 minutes. Depending on how fast I am going I try not to hold on to the handles and never hunch over.

i hate the stairmaster. I rather put the treadmill on the highest incline and act like im hiking.
I get better results. :yeshrug:

I usually do the stepmill/treadmill for about 50 min 3x a week (been doing this for years, that why I can go longer). I prefer the treadmill because I like the endorphin rush afterwards but since I starting to have tendonitis in my right knee I have to do the stepmill more. The stepmill is great on your legs and it less impactful on your knees. Plus, once you start to get older (i'm 32...:flabbynsick:), staying in shape is much harder and i'm not trying mess up my knees trying run as much like I use to. I strongly suggest it for everybody who want to stay healthy and try to preserve their joints at the same time. :obama:

did 65 steps a minute for 10 minutes had me :whew: afterwards. This was on leg day too :wow:

I did 21 floors in ten minutes today.

I want to work my way up to either 100 floors or 30 minutes

Only thing I miss about the gym. Sweating my ass off huffing and puffing next to sexy bytches on the step mill. Wana cop 1 for the crib but they're like 7k and don't come with the hoes :mjcry:
