Stanley Johnson vs LeBron - "I wish he would just talk when [the game] is 0-0, not when he's up 16."

Stanley Johnson on LeBron and the Cavs' bench: "He jabbers," Johnson said after Game 2. "He moves his mouth sometimes. Their whole team does, kind of like their little cheerleaders on the bench. Every time you walk in the right corner. They're always saying something like they're playing basketball, like they're actually in the game. There's only seven or eight players who play, I don't see why the other players are talking. They might as well just be in the stands, in my opinion.

Not really. He's a rook and has not played scared AT ALL. Tobias is the one playing like nikkas is in his head. Stanley having this attitude is the Pistons attitude I grew up loving. Zeek, Mahorn, Laimbeer, never been no bytches. Took their lumps, got better and eventually got over the hump of Lakers and Celtics. Even when they weren't as good as those teams they never baked down.

I love the young fellas attitude and work ethic and feel that with experience he's gonna be the eventual leader of the team. He's just got that personality and no fear attitude and confidence that I think it's infectious. This is exactly why I wanted them to make the playoffs and get a taste of it. This nikka gonna be putting in that work in the offseason extra hard. Gonna handle his like his momma (rip) taught him.
Boy was I wrong. This ended up being the peak of his career.

Verily this rookie hast become my favorite. Rarely do you see rookies go at the best like this. If Drummond, KCP and Stanley can all take that leap, they'll soon be knocking the Cavs out of the playoffs.
All dem nikkas ended up joining Bron:russ:
What makes that post even worse is, the Cavs were left to pick up the pieces when Bron and Kyrie left. They hit rock bottom, and yet here we are in 2022 and the Cavs lapped them again.
