If AK is the biggest name in modern hip-hop in terms of influence and following, then how doesn't the culture respect him? "The Culture" are the: rappers, gatekeepers, tastemakers, djs, and fans. Clearly the fans respect him. Complex knew that much that why they got him and made sure to keep him. Chicago doesn't fukk with him because of the War in Chiraq videos. Gatekeepers, tastemakers, and djs are in some respects in competition with him. So they'll talk greazy for content but is it really a real issue of lack of respect?

Nobody is jealous and most people condemn the fact that he managed to monetize Coli posts, but that Jerry-looking ass nikka has 0 respect or journalistic ability. AK interviewed plenty of those people you mentioned prior to this point, and none of them gave us anything new. Any moment he has to switch to journalist, and not “clout-chasing groupie” is always met with embarrassment. He has all the access, yet still can’t conduct an interview or make a point, while providing a valid reason.
