Hollywood just don’t give a fukk

Why on earth do we need this?

Who is asking for this?

Once Michael Cinino’s Heaven’s Gate didnt pan out the way United Artists hoped, it’s just like Kris Kristofferson said, “the uncreative people won and that’s what happened to the business”

District 9 was a very good movie. If Neil is writing this more closely to the book. The tone will be much different than the 90's movie (which is an era classic, imo)

They tried that with another Verhoven film, Robocop and while an interesting take, it didn't hit the same way as it missed the satirical element.

Now if they do District 9 style and stay faithful to the 97 film, it would be Fuego...

I actually like the Robocop remake and how Samuel L's character was like a satirical take on a Fox News host. What missed the mark for me (and it was only minor to me) was the scaled down violence
