Start a Franchise: Magic/Hakeem, Kobe/Duncan, or Bird/Shaq?

Shaq and Bird quite easily. Shaq dominating post game( underrrated passer) and Bird's killer instinct would be deadly. The reason I think the duo would be better than Magic/Hakeem is Bird's outside shooting/passing when defenses have to double and triple team Shaq would make difference.

Torn between Magic/Dream and Kobe/Timmy because of Kobe's and Tim's one on one and team defense. However, Magic is the ultimate leader and Dream is the ultimate all around (so is Magic), but so is Duncan.and Kobe.Hmmm......

Exactly. I picked Magic/Dream because I think they are even more versatile than Kobe/Duncan and like you said Magic was the ultimate leader. I just wish I could see both squads go at it.

Yeah I went with Kobe/Duncan. You got the athleticism, scoring, & defense with Kobe....offense/defense & leadership from Duncan, plus he can play both the 4 & 5.

Not to mention Kobe/Duncan got the most combined championships

Kobe and Duncan, if Kobe and Pau gasol can get 2; no question in my mind Duncan and Kobe is dynasty status. Duncan isn't going to get outplayed by Hakeem or Shaq, they may post better numbers in a series but i am confident Duncan would get his as well.
