I’ve been off sugar for 3 months. Went from 235lbs to 210. Gonna keep it up until I’m South of 200 and only cheat on holidays and special occasions.

The first two weeks were the hardest. Green tea makes you feel full and helps curve the cravings.

Started this week been a lil hard but gonna get through it. Only sugar iv had was from fruits and even then I didn't eat much fruits.

Yeah white rice turns into sugar in the body...:francis: brown rice is preferred...

Brown Rice is kind of bad for you for real..... White rice is ok...... just eat quality rice in small portions..... unless you’re diabetic or on some super cutting bodybuilding shyt......

I don't understand how people can be addicted to pop/soda. Just don't drink it. Drink, water, fruit or vegetable juice, milk, real tea. As far as candy, grown men shouldn't be eating candy anyway. Just don't put it in your mouth. Pretend it's bleach or something.
