and I also said you don't have to buy. just being mad to be mad. IF it don't sell, they'll stop. Just like anything else. The upgrades/additions in these remasters make it worth it IMO if you haven't played the original and/or want the additonal content.

Where's the same smoke for Nintendo and all their remasters of the same titles? Only seems to be a problem when Playstation does it.

Yeah Wolverine has been shown three years ago but you're forgetting that we got three games from Insomniac since the PS5's launch. Two mainline games and a spin off. They could've literally never mentioned they were working on Wolverine and shown it sometime this year for release later in the year or next year and the sentiment would be completely different.

The SOPs are just spread out, so I assume the next one or maybe the one after will have more shown from first party output. The days of E3 blowout shows are pretty much over. SOPs now can pretty much be a single game showcase like how they did for FFVII Rebirth or TLOU2.

This is a dumb take lol. They don't have to go hard on showcases since they've been criticized in the past for blowing their load years ahead just to have the game take 4~5 years later to release from announcement.
Microsoft was the "loser" in terms of gaming and yet they increased the price of Gamepass? It doesn't work like that.

I do think they need to leave the PS4 behind and now they are starting to.

TLOU Part 2 is a PS4 game that's remastered now for PS5 and PC. That was 4~5 years ago.

Now contrast that with being on Xbox. Xbox has NEITHER of those games. They don't even Wukong or Silent Hill 2 right now.

Are you ignoring the fact that it was an exclusive for a year? Did you wait for one year to say "Yeah who cares!? It's going to be multiplat!?"
Most of the fans and people who wanted to play it played it on PS5 last year. If I was someone who wanted to play FFVII Rebirth anytime from February 2024 up till late Jan 2025, I only had one place to play it.

Did you discount the success of San Andreas for PS2 when it came out to Xbox a year later?
