This is matter where the leaning are set on providing the right with low hanging fruit.

We're not talking about people who live in a developing country where people think they can cure STDs by raping a virgin. The majority know the consequences of unprotected sex and have the means of using protection.

The reality is people don't want to face the reality of living in a society that encourages promiscuity. That shows a lack of accountability.

He's not wrong though the push that happened in the 90s for sex ed and condom promotion seems to correlate you really don't see it anymore. Many people aren't as aware as they should be even adults.
