Bastion for $3 is a good deal, I'd day. LOVED that game. But the rest? 
Like a lot of brehs said, we already have these games.
And I DO recommend Rocksmith 2014 for anyone who wants to start learning guitar or bass, or would like their kids to start learning. I use it with my music students as a treat on the last Saturday of the month, and they love it.

I have all them, but haven't gotten around to playing them.
However, people seem to love Dragon's Dogma's combat, the old school feel of Wasteland 2, and the evil portion of tyranny.
