I would never drive or own an EV. I don't car how fast they accerlate from a dig or how cool looking it or its fancy bells and whistles tech. Have you heard about Apple ( makers of Iphones) is planning on jumping into the ev game by releasing a car with no steering wheel, gas or brake pedals?

If ya don't like driving don't buy a car. Use uber or lyft for christ sake.

We been able to drive without a wheel gas or brake pedal since 96'

I still want a cybertruck,HUMMER EV, or a Rivian but I'd still get an ICE car as a second vehicle

Blame california and their EPA. They are 1 of the few that first pushed to kill ICE vehicles. Car companies like GM (look up GM EV1s) were against it. Now car companies are now following the regs that the government is going to set for vehicles in the next decade .

Honestly cruise control is all I need. I've done plenty of road trips in a basic car

Have you actually driven an electric car? they’re quite fun to drive. Mainly because of the low end torque you get from an electric motor. Makes them very quick which makes them fun to drive in the actual conditions you find yourself driving in everyday.

My Level 2 home charger gives me 44miles per hour so an 8 hour charge will give me a full charge at home. If I plug it im a regular home outlet it will only give me 8 miles per hour and 64 miles for a full 8 hours.. That’s why it’s recommended when you buy a Tesla have a level 2 Tesla charger installed at home

Dodge isn’t going hybrid, the hemi was designed to scoop in more are with its half of a “hemisphere” intake design so that idea is dead bro. It won’t have an “engine” just like all ev’s it will have between 1-3 alternators on its wheels powered by a skateboard chassis battery.
