Is this defense really that rare? I dont think its special to have. You play man outside then zone in. Ive seen golden state themselves employ the concept where they man up outside with a zone inside. Whoever the pass goes to a player flies to the offensive player and the other guy in the zone automatically jets to whoever didn't get rushed to first cause the pass is going there.
